Works well, but some disappointing surprises
0 of 1 found this helpful This product is working and has great image quality, and was easy to connect to my older Macbook.
Points off for the following, that weren't clearly pictured or explained:
1. It came with no power cord, so I had to purchase that separately and wait several weeks for that to arrive.
2. The cosmetic damage is minimal and mostly on the back, but there are some scratches on the screen itself.
3. The Thunderbolt cable has cracked housing and seems quite precarious.
4. The camera on the monitor doesn't connect to my Mac. I can't tell if this is an issue with the monitor itself or with my Mac.
Overall, I'm satisfied and won't be returning but I wish all these issues had been more clearly described in the listing.
