Best price for parts?
Genuine printer parts are overpriced. The manufactures know they they can sell the initial printer at cost/at-a-loss and make money on the parts - especially when they switch models so frequently. I assume the supplier bought new printers and sold them for the parts - that's what we need to combat the distorted market.

Poor build quality
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought a refurbished unit. To begin with there were intermittent problems with the connection to the display but they settled down and in the first few weeks it seemed to be reliable. However the problems resurfaced and after a few months I lost the screen so the unit is now worthless. It was always slightly flexible, I guess the design just isn't quite rigid enough.

A must read for anyone interesting in AI
Great book. Far easier to read and much more fun than 'Superintelligence'. Gives context and people history. A must read for anyone interesting in AI.
