Perfect except...
These are organic and have made my hair lustrous and my nails strong. However, they are extremely sweet. They are basically really good gumdrops you could put on a cake and no one would notice. I suppose they would be great for kids. They are 45 calories per serving. Way too sweet for adults.

This is a wonderful product! Exfoliating without drying and smells like the "Exotic Coconut" BBW used to sell. Gentle enough for face once or twice a week. Love this!
