  Bought an item off this seller, but they cancelled it almost a week later saying that they had listed the item for the wrong price. This was also after they had “posted” the item. I will not use this seller in the future as they did not communicate any of this to me and I had to send them a message to find out what was wrong.

  Ordered a door mirror on the 5th December and told delivery 3-5 working days. I chased it on the 9th December to find out it hadn't even been posted but it would be done that day. It still has not arrived but I can see from tracking it only got sent today 17th December. Don't use this seller if you need your item as they lie about delivery and leave you hanging so you have to get in touch with them, they should be removed from ebay so only conscientious decent seller are used.

  NOx sensor purchased from this seller did not work when installed. Seller has been unresponsive to attempts to contact him. Package arrived dented and squashed, and poorly wrapped, the item was sold as new but did not appear as such and no manufacturer documentation accompanied it. I would expect a return or a refund for a defective part but the seller has not responded in multiple days to repeated requests to contact them on eBay.
