Good job great value
I have an open floor plan and wanted this to cool just my living room area from our Arizona heat. I was surprised to walk into the kitchen and feel some cool air in their too! Depends how you point it and the shutters. But I'm sure happy with mine! It was easy to install just make sure the vent and window plate are even as instructions say. I also adjusted the fit from the back outside of the window to keep it even. Good price.

Great for Anxiety Great for Sleep
3 of 3 found this helpful Helps to relax me and the L-Theanine combination is great at night to help me sleep. No drowsiness the next day, just better, more restful sleep and overall more balanced energy and mood. I take one during the day if needed, if not I take one at dinner the next one about an hour before bed. I find that combination helps me sleep and keeps me more relaxed during the day.
