Issues

Upon getting the vacuum, it did look new for the most part and nicely cleaned up. First issue was the power cord was missing from the box. Made contact and she sent us two pictures of the possible chargers. We picked the newest looking one because we had no idea what it looked like obviously. Came in quick no problem. Then once we plugged it in it did seem to run the vacuum but the vacuum will not charge at all. Owners Manual said take a few steps so we did to restart the battery. Still does not work and who knows once the new battery comes in if it will work.
