A Classic Tent Tastefully Updated

I used to use these way back in the 80s and they had a great reputation for ease of setup and being able to cope with any conditions. This new model has loads of room, looks to be well made and was very easy to put up and take down. The canvas material keeps the temperature down in the high heat we've been having and was very comfortable inside. Nice thick bathtub groundsheet and I love the new adjustable pegging points that weren't on the old models. Downsides: It's very heavy 10+kg but I'll be using to for car camping so not an issue for me. There wasn't a hanging loop for a lantern etc so it looks like I'll have to get inventive and stitch one on.

Poor quality replacement

Beware buying this part, it doesn't line up properly with the hinges, if you spend an hour with a micro file you can get it to fit but it is no where near the quality of the original head band. In my opinion it's not worth more than £1 but it's difficult to get one elsewhere.
