  Although the seller immediately posted the item, it got lost. After agreeing to wait for several days, I informed her it had still not arrived and she refunded me the same day. In fact, it finally did turn up three weeks later, whereupon I offered to return the money but she said I could keep the item with her compliments, though the delay was not her fault.
