Powerful but difficult to clean

I have used it for grinding chocolate and it doesn't do a good job of it. The heat from the blades melts everything so it just gets another shape. Also, we are not supposed to submerge the blades in water but it's a nightmare to clean it as you have to reach difficult places where the chocolate got stuck...I haven't tried for anything else yet, but the cleaning should be made easier since the whole concept is to make things quickly!
