Bible references to back up every statement!
5 of 5 found this helpful My friend received this book as a resource for our small group and allowed me to read it to see what I thought. I started the book and found that I could not put it down. It is not only interesting and informative; but, it also gives lists of other books to read and lists the Bible references to follow up on to prove the truth in his writing. I finished the book in a few hours and rushed out to order my own copy so that I could read and mark certain pages for further rereading. This book is a tool for those of us who are trying to witness to our friends and family by giving specific references in the Bible to back up what we know to be true about the place called sheol or hell. I definitely will be recommending this book to everyone I meet who is searching for answers to the big question: Is there a hell? Yes! Virginia, there is!

Good as new.
I love Hillerman-both father and daughter authors. Everytime I get one of their books I give them to my family and friends to read and never get them back. This used copy is as good as a brand new one and it is staying on the shelf with my collection.

The best yet!
I am a Hillerman junkie! I have loved Tony Hillerman's work since I was introducted to his works while living in New Mexico; and now I am so excited that his daughter is keeping up the great story line of Leaphorn, Chee, and Manuelito. She is as great a story teller as her father and I wait anxiously each year for her next book. I just received her new book and I can not put it down. I get so agrivated when I finish the book, as I want it to go on forever. I am familiar with the area and her descriptions make me homesick for the Navajo Nation area I learned to love.
