I was able to turn it on and get my phone set up and get my phone setup until I did the most current update and that locked up my phone to the point where and then locked up my phone to the point where I cannot turn on my phone, as soon as I insert the charger the charging symbol comes on and stays on and does not charge the battery at all. So when I'm going to have to do is take it to a local Samsung so what I'm going to have to do is take it to a local Samsung satellite store and ask if they can hard unlock my phone.
so i bought a brand new battery just in case and the phone will not turn on. So i have a paper weight.
