Why is is not a bestseller?
An incredibly well thought out and laid out unit. The left side is based off the much lauded Visual Sound Open Road (but with a bass control and a wet/dry mix), the right side is supposedly based on the Shredmaster, as used by Radiohead amongst others. That circuit was based off the Guv’nor/DriveMaster/Bluesbreaker lineage, the latter of which the circuit the KOT is based on. Whatever, it doesn’t really matter, I recon I’ve owned 80 overdrives in the past, this is right up there. Superlative sounds, immensely tweak-able, a killer overdrive and perfect MIAB in one.
