Remote down after 20 min

After 20 minutes of use the remote is almost dead. The only buttons that can be pushed are Power and Demo. After the remote lights up, it is dead. In Demo function the mechanism works well. Another big problem is that this product is delivered in Europe, but it does not contain any information about the voltage. In USA the power plug is 110V, in Europe is 220V, so it needs a voltage converter that costs extra money. Regarding the mechanism, I can not tell to much. I could not enjoy it.
