Buy it!!! You can DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
I quit smoking 7 years ago with the help of this book. I just bought it again for my daughter. I never thought that I could quit and really didn't want to quit, but I read it and all of a sudden, the thought of smoking seemed repulsive. Never cheated, never even wanted to! After I quit, I always kept a carton of cigarettes in the house, just so I didn't have that feeling of "oh no, I'm out of smokes!!"...that carton sat on top of my file cabinet for a year and I never touched it! If you want to quit, trust me!! I'm a person that used to vacuum the house with a cigarette in my hand,and smoked a couple packs a day, so I should know! Get this book!! You will be so happy when you ditch those cigs for good!!
