Corrects what I consider an original design problem concerning outside elements.

Not only does it protect the electronics built into the driver side arm rest by shielding out the rain while the window is cracked open for ventilation, it also has a positive affect on the air coming in by directing it away from the driver and delivery it inside the entire cabin. Persons concerned with hairdos will appreciate that.
