Vostro 220
The word fast for a motherboard/ CPU is arbitrary. This board combo has a lot of bang for the buck with a Dual Core Intel CPU in a socket 775. Even though it is SATA and USB 2.0, it still browses quick on a fast internet and retrieves files and word processes well. People that play Candy Crush or Solitaire will find this system performs well.
