Great kettle
3 of 3 found this helpful I spent far too long looking for an ideal kettle. My last one was a German brand that no one had heard of before, but it was perfect and lasted 15 years! It was hard to find something that would live up to the last kettle (whose only fault was a slightly leaking water gauge after 15 years). Anyway, I considered Dualit, but the design wasn't practical enough for the price. Other top brands had their faults too, so I narrowed it down to this kettle.
So far so good. It is as quick and as quiet as my last kettle. Only time will tell how long it lasts, but I'm not holding my breath. The only down side is that it is not a 2l kettle like my last one was, but I will get used to that.
