Pathetic Purchase

Bought the RAZR cell phone from "accuniverse" on E-Bay.Within a month the phone malfunctioned by not responding to attempts to dial it..within 6 weeks after purchase half the phones features would not function,the battery charger died and now the battery if not holding a charge.I contacted "accuniverse" they said the warranty period was 7 days,contacted Motorola about any warranty they might furnish and they told me the phone was over 2 years old and probably had been sold before(accuniverse advertised it as new)I have the feeling these malfunctions were not entirely a surprise to the vendor since having the problems I read the reviews about "accuniverse" from other buyers....I know I screwed up I should have read their reviews before buying the phone,had I done so I would not have purchased it from them...it was far more expensive then I had planned forafter repairs(if I have it repaired) it will have cost me 200 dollars for 6 weeks of phone use I wantede to tell someone at E-Bay about this and I am very pleased I got this chance--maybe this might save someone else this grief----Thanks
