Better quality that I ever expected!
I purchased on of these cook set for my camp box. I did not expect much more than steel pots. What I got was much more. I would compare this to the aluminum bottom Revere Ware cook ware but stack-able. The quality of the steel pot is impeccable in my onion. Add to that a very nice clad bottom to evenly distribute the heat. Draw back if you can call them that are one lid and one handle. I considered getting a second handle but after using the set at the camp I soon discovered how little you really need a handle fixed to ever pot all the time. As for the lid, I really dont use a lid when cooking. Normally I use the lid when the dish is finished. An extra plate will work just fine for an extra lid IF one is needed.
I like this set of cook ware so much that I am replacing the Revere Ware set with another Stansport Family Cook Set. Why? They are of equal quality but eh Stansport set stacks away in 1/5 of the space.
Do yourself a favor, dont get hung up on how much you are spending and remember you are paying for great quality. I do not regret my purchase at all!!!!
Photos also shows a Stanley Coffee press. A super companion to this set for camping!!!!

Vacuum Pump - used for wood stabalization
Bought this for wood stabilization system. The unit seems to be of very good quality. The pump pulled 29.5 inHg very quickly on my vacuum chamber. The pump runs very quite compared to the ones I have been around.
Only thing I would liked to have seen is some kind of exhaust filter to cut down on the spray of fine oil mist. A filter is something that you can add.
There are a few thing that can go wrong in stabilizing wood with resin. This pump reasonably priced and of good quality. If something were to go wrong in the process and the pump had to be replaced the cost would be much less than that of high end pumps that I figure would not do any better of a job.
