What a great design and app... what poor functionality and service!!
I did not buy these for the extraordinary sound or the sleek weightless design.
I LOVED the Samsung aspect. I sill love the capabilities and the app... BUT!
I had them a week and loved them so much that I got a pair for my son. A week later my left stopped transmitting, but who cares I got the protection.. annoying but insurmountable.
AS I am figuring this out my sons same side goes out... just the sound portion. The pad still works (????)
It has been a week and I cannot get a hold of ANYONE to help.
