Not quite what I ordered

I ordered the 40 watt iron but received the 60watt which is a bit too hot for soldering small pcb's. The coiled spring stand is too wide to hold the iron as it goes too far in and rests on the painted base, burning it. It's easy enough to fit a plastic bottle top to the coil top to hold the iron so it doesn't go too far in. All in all for the price I think it is still a good buy. Have used it a good few times since it came so I can say that I am pleased with it.

Good fit for 18650 battery.

Too good a fit when delivered, difficult to get battery in and out of holder but very easy to trim both sides which curl over and then battery is a good fit and easy to insert and then remove. Good quality.

Nice tool kit

Good lightweight soldering iron with neat stand and a few tools as well. Have used it several times in the last week and it worked extremely well for working on small pcb's. Like being able to adjust the temperature so as not to burn out components. Like the tools and the zip up carrying case. Think this is an excellent buy for the price. Definitely recommend it.
