Nag Champa lotion Not very satisfying.
I purchased Nag Champa hand and body lotion from our local Earth Bound store and loved it. For some reason the most recent purchase was not what I expected. The packaging is the same, but the quality just isn't. It seems to have lost its smell, like it is old or something. It doesn't last very long either. I will definitely continue to purchase it, but not from a source I am not familiar with.

Broken Children, Grown Up Pain
It gave me great insight on the development of the brain from adolescent to adult. Helped me understand the reason behind a "childlike" attitude/response toward certain situations.

Something everyone needs to look at.
This book gave me great insight concerning my and my spouses reactive behaviors. It is a good start to finding out how to identify how your past controls your future and what steps to take in changing it in a healthy productive way.
