Gel arch support
Simple and effective is the most accurate description. The good thing about these gels are that they can be placed where it hurts most, or where your feet need the most support compared to the ready made support insoles. They work for me I place the Gels where I need the most support I tape them down on the insole of my normal foot wear and they stay put and within a few days my feet are already feeling better, I leave them in. They are excellent value and do the job. You don’t need all those designer insoles which may not support the area of your feet so probably a waste of money.
