Would only ship fragile item in an envelope. The original listing said that boxes were an option. Then seller canceled the transaction claiming "out of stock/damaged," which is false. The worst customer service I've experienced on eBay.

Fabulous!
The advanced Soft-Picks are sturdier than the original ones and hold up better (if you reuse them). They are more expensive but worth it.
