DYSON-1, DIRTY HOME-0
The Dyson DC07, as well as most of their other products, are a credit to their designer, and a boon to the user. This product could not be more helpful for cleaning. We have a long-haired Persian cat which greatly affects my allergies and as ridding ourselves of the cat was not an option, we had to look into a high-performance vacuum. If you get any vacuum, look no further than this. However, WORD OF CAUTION, Purchase a refurbished model as they are just as good, without the break-the-bank price of a new model. I DO hate to take money away from the company because their product performs so well, but sometimes you just can't afford things. The suction on it is AMAZING! We had suspicions that a smoker lived in our apartment before we lived there, but it was only confirmed when after running an old vacuum on the carpet, we didn't notice any change. After the DYSON however, we smelled how fresh the place was and a slight tinge of smoke in the air, LOADS OF DIRT/HAIR/DUST etc. in the canister, which emptying, was an absolute breeze. It has a dual carpet/hard floor setting which is easy to change and an extendable wand to clean curtains and the like. It also has a washable HEPA filter which cannot be beat when you have allergies. I seriously doubt the effectiveness of purchasing THE ANIMAL for pet owners. This does the trick and we bought ours after my sister-in-law purchased one and we tried it on our floors. There is no need to get a specific dyson for every task or situation. Get this normal model, it's great.
Case-in-point: This is the future of vacuuming. As long as it lasts and doesn't require extensive repairs, I recommend no other vacuum. Get it! NOW!

Sleek with simple, basic operation
1 of 1 found this helpful I immediately loved what I pulled from the box while opening the Delonghi DFP250 9 Cup Blender. At first, it almost seems like a piece of alien technology in comparison to so many of the other blenders full of plastic construction. This unit is heavier, but well-balanced and made of steel or aluminum. The base is well designed/centered and has suction cups for stability during operation.
Thus far, I have only made some soups in it. It performs well in its class although I was disappointed to hear how loud it actually was. This was, however, less of a drawback to me as I understand that machines can be loud when in operation. This is no different if the machine is designed to destroy or pulverize objects within. This is true for wood chippers, lawnmowers, blenders and anything else should not be expected. I especially like how the kit includes not only a food processor but also a blender cup and two different kinds of standard blades (metal/plastic) and also a spinning mandoline disc set!
Time will tell as I prepare other foods but so far, it is a well-designed and aesthetically pleasing unit!

Great value, great brand
Enjoy these very much! Great cool colors on the ear pads (which I will be replacing anyway). It matches the RGB fade on the rig.
The only drawback is that there isn't as much lateral tilt forward on the pads as I would like. In order for these to sit properly on my head, I have to move the pair and headrest farther forward.
