Many handy features, make it worth the upgrade
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very easy phone to get to used to. The written note taking facility has come a long way. Take the pen out, and the notepad pops up - a very handy feature. Double tasking is more easily accomplished because the screen is large enough to provide two windows - great for copying information between apps. The sound quality is excellent, the screen is bright and sharp, the speech to text feature also works really well. This is my second Samsung (I have used the iPhone, Samsung Infuse, older Sony's and Motorola's). I can read kindle books comfortably and see larger google maps for finding my way around new places. There are a lot of features I have yet to sort out, but for a person who likes to jot things down in a rush and transpose them later, it cannot be beat.

Still solid photo tool
This is one of those cameras which holds up year after year. If you are review all its features and compare those across the board and check image qualtiy and price... The GX8 makes a compelling case.

Olympus EVOLT E-520 10.0 Megapixel
6 of 6 found this helpful This is a small dslr which still feels good in your hands. I did not have any problems with the viewfinder, which are often mentioned. The color accuracy is really impressive, something Olypuses are know for. I have had Canons and Sony dslrs and this little Olympus definitely got the white balance spot on. Worth looking into and iwth the pancake lens its small enough to fit into a daybag or briefase you could carry it for days and not feel burdened. To take full advantage of the camera you need to spend some time learning the set ups. I am a low light shooter and prefer not to use the flash to find focus,that was the only drawback for me.
