1 of 1 found this helpful Purchased two boxes so far and will buy more . No side effects what so ever . Iv no cravings and you dont feel hungry so a great appetite supresent . I take my morning tablet with a desert spoon of cider vinigar in a glass of water . I must say i feel less bloated . Im a size 8 but curvy and i still am an 8 but my clothes fit better n i feel better for that ... muffin back was a problem but its not as bad either . Would defo recomend this little wonder . No side effects either . Cause its just pure . No caffiene to give u the gitters ... thank you for reading :) .
