Both phones were as advertised, brand new and in sealed boxes. I opened the boxes and both phones were as expected, brand new, and after taking due diligence, they were also original. Item advertised as Brand New unopened etc. It was not. It was used, unsealed, box opened, totally covered in fingerprints no film covering screen, torn sleeve, cable loose inside box. Communicating with the seller, he claimed he had “made a mistake” and would refund I returned the item fully tracked. Safe delivery back to seller confirmed by Royal Mail. Seller then opened a case claiming he had not received the item against all the evidence. EBay dismissed his case and I was refunded by EBay.
