No better than my 10 year old Remington - not for tough thick hair shaves.

Philips RQ1180 is nice looking, but the charger isn't something you would take on holiday, too large and easily broken. Then you'll need somewhere to put the cleaner device it comes with, which is pretty large, if you choose to use it.
A rinse under a hot tap is just as good.
The cut has a gentle feel, but i've tried wet shave, foam, oil, after shower, in shower. And the cut is still rough under the jaw line and neck.
I have tough hair, soft skin, so any shaver is going to get a good test with me.
Overall, disappointing. I would have hoped after 10 years the technology could have improved. Clearly not.

Much better than expected - came with flashing red/green LEDs as well. Super All-in-One little tree.
