Today the charity runs three care homes and over 30 community services helping over 3,000 people each year aged from 5 to 105.

The box also was quite tatty, definitely not new. On opening the box I found all bag 1's missing plus the instructions and stickers. The seller has been nothing but helpful re this and it's clearly entirely genuine. They are a charity and need support. So keep buying from them in the knowledge that if there is an issue it will get sorted.
