Excellent
I thought this shavette would be cheap and nasty but I was very satisfied when it came. It looks great and although I had thought it would be limited to one hand position due to the finger hole it turned out to have many if not more positions to hold it than my straight razor. Shavettes are much sharper than straight razors due to the thinness of the razor blades used, so I find them harder to use, but it cut beautifully. No qualms in buying another or recommending to others.

It looked very good in the pictures, when it arrived I noticed straight away that the finish was not brilliant and corners had been cut in the manufacture. The scales are heavier than the blade, but once I started to use it I really loved the feel. The way the blade slides in I would say is the best method I have tried so far, and the profile is much more like a straight razor than a shivette. I had been looking for a fairly aggressive shavette like the black widow from America that has a blade exposure of 1.5 while this one is 1.2 but at more than half the price and by far the most aggressive shavette I own I am very pleased. Don’t be put off by the word aggressive it’s more about the angle and pressure you use. Ps. The first time I put a blade in it was hard, but if you haven’t used a slide shavette before, I think you’ll love them.

Motorbike trip, 10 one hour episodes.
Not quite has good has the long way round because the characters don’t seem has in union, and for a large part it is very rushed with deadlines to meet. Also felt bad for Charley has Ewan bought his wife along for part of the trip. Overall entertaining and worth the money.
