Power Pro Super Slick Fishing LIne
2 of 2 found this helpful I use this line in 50# test on all of my casting reels, and in 20# test on my spinning reels. Where water clarity is a concern, I add a fluorocarbon leader. I like it better than the other braided lines that I have tried. The diameter is very small and it is not stiff, like some other braided lines. It casts very easily.

Shimano Stradic FK 3000HGFK Spinning Reel
I use Shamano Stradic reels on all of my spinning rods. The are very smooth, have a good drag and are light weight. A little pricey, but surely worth it.

Min Kota Talon Quick Release Plug Version II
Pricey but much better plug and connections than the original plug they originally offered. Takes a bit of mechanical skill to install, but so did the original.
