Challenging yet Fun
I absolutely love this dance workout. This DVD workout is very challenging yet very fun, it helps burn weight off quickly, as long as you thoroughly follow the dance routines out. Out of all the dance DVDs I purchased, this Dance workout DVD was the most effective. The dance moves are fast, but It really helps loose weight rapidly, just don't give up and keep trying.
