Perfect upgrade for new storage array!
I bought this (as you the title suggests) for a storage array I bought recently.
I needed a drive with enough storage for my needs, so I chose this one as HGST is well known for their reliability!
I would highly recommend this drive to other people who don't care about buying second-hand
and used hard drives.
I only put 4 stars since S.M.A.R.T. reports there are some errors on the drive which can lead to a failure at anytime (as with any used hard drive).
I accept this as a given since I bought this drive used.

Professionally packaged and works perfectly!
I bought this unit for DIMM parity in one of my servers.
Honestly I bought this unit by accident; I intended to purchase a 1333Mhz variant of the same unit, however I was able to force all units in the server to run at 1333Mhz which this unit ran perfectly at!
Even though I did purchase the wrong, I would recommend this to others if they need a unit which runs at 1066Mhz(YMMV with the 1333Mhz I was able to achieve..)
