Loud as a jet engine
Benching at 100% of the CPU and the single 80mm fan spins like a jet engine. I'd skip this monstrosity if you have no choice.

It works
It works in Windows 7. Once physically installed into place, Windows 7 will automatically install it. I didn't even have to use the little driver cd that came with it. Test your speed a few times with CrystalDiskMark because the first two times I was getting 1/3 of true USB3 speed. Rebooting you computer will help too. In conclusion, BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Speed and reliability
Works great! No complaint.
Make sure to re-format it as NTFS and set the Allocation unit size to 'default allocation size" so that if you have a USB3 slot on your router for external drive share, it will recognize it.
