Great product, more robust than the Craf...
Great product, more robust than the Craftsman operator that it replaced. Had to go on line to print installation instructions because they were not included but no big deal.

A must read
I'm only half way through this book at this writing but from what I've read so far everyone should read it before the elections. It's a real eye opener! My only question is: Why doesn't Newt run for president?

A must have tool
If you work on appliances like I do you have to have this tool. This is my second one, the first one I broke winding a garage door spring..not smart! Had to order a replacement immediately.
