Great book
Fabulous book, a good read.

Exactly what I needed
I wanted a workout I was able to do at home and at the gym this ticks both boxes. Good content without getting too technical, has a pull out planner to use to take with you. I will be photocopying it so I can reuse it as the programme I feel is one that can be repeated on a cycle.
