Introduction to mindfulness

His enthusiasm and heartfelt communication of the subject leave you wanting to find out more and become involved in mindfulness programmes and activities. I would highly recommend this to people with no prior knowledge of mindfullness as a great introduction.

Superb product
These perlen pens are superb. Great for crafting and easy to use. I haven't come across any other ways of creating a good 3D droplet in a pen. They don't have any smell.They even hold there shape when a good size. When dry they feel like a solid plastic and stick well to the surface applied to: I have used them on stone, pinecones, felt, plastic, glass and card. The clear pen looks like real rain drops: I love it. Leave your project overnight to dry as it takes a while, especially if you are making large pearls. I wouldn't use them on something frequently washed, and if applied to fabric, glass or perspex I'd only wash in cold water with minimal detergent because it will probably get underneath and loosen them after a while. The pale pens are very pretty but subtle, if you want pazzaz, use the glitter ones, they have a better depth of colour. The ice white makes lovely snow.
