There was a small hole in the bottom of the box which I assume allowed a small bolt to escape. Contacted supplier and the are sending replacement. The machine was well supported with moulded polystyrene packaging, the box was sturdy (it was supplier refurbished so this was its second journey) the delivery was speedy and the condition was like new. Great low noise compressor and totally happy with customer service. There are some great support videos on YT.
