Simply Phenomenal!
First I'll give my thoughts on the 8 full feature matches on the DVD.
Lockdown 2005: Vs Abyss
Awesome, brutal match although it was quite a spotfest. AJ did all his signature x division style moves as well as some things ae're not used to seeing. All in all this was a great power vs speed match. ***3/4
Hard Justice 2005: Vs Jeff Jarrett
Took a while to get going but it picked up towards the end and just got exciting and set up a great finale. Good, solid match. ***
Unbreakable 2005: Vs Samoa Joe Vs Christopher Daniels
An almost perfect match. This is alot of the reason you should buy this DVD, just an awesome match, great action-packed stuff, so many unbelievable moves and it never got boring at any point. A textbook match. ****3/4
October 2005 'iMPACT' debut on Spike TV: Vs Roderick Strong
A pretty short, but quick-fire nice little match here, not much to say just what you'd expect really just an AJ styles match always delivers! **3/4
Genesis 2005: Vs Petey Williams
Again just a solid AJ match with a great ending! What more can I say? ***1/4
Slammiversary 2006: AJ/Christopher Daniels Vs America's Most Wanted
Just an excellent tag team match, AJ being AJ and the other guys pulled off some good stuff as well. Yet again a really enjoyable match. ***1/2
No Surrender 2006: AJ/Christopher Daniels Vs LAX (Ultimate X)
Wow. This was a great match with lots of bumps and typical x division stuff. Really enjoyable as you'd expect. ****
November 2006 'iMPACT': Vs Chris Sabin
Pretty short but still really good. Again just really fast-paced amazing stuff! ***
There is then a 20 minute interview about him growing up, getting into wrestling etc. Really good
The extras are - AJ showing you round the house where he grew up, AJ going back to his college and meeting one of his teachers, AJ and his son, and a match from NWA Wildside against Ron Killings with commentary from AJ and TNA offical Andrew Thomas.
DVD Score 9.0
Wrestling fans, you can't let this DVD pass you by. It is up there with the best wrestling DVDs/videos I own. Filled with great matches and other things well worth watching!
I urge you to buy this, you won't regret it!
