Poor Quality needle broke very easily

0 of 3 found this helpful Very nice small unit perfect for my office setup that is small. Quiet and easy access to the toners. My only problem with mine and my daughter is the software. Since i still use xp in my office the disk fail to setup so I downloaded the website for xp and setup ok. My daughter using win7 for school use as teacher could not get the sony vio to work either disk or website. I hope she calls them.
