Came with broken screen

I needed the TV ASAP but kinda not happy about it that I was not offered to replace with new one and I have to throw them away and do the work. Have not got the money back yet but the return was confirmed quick. My first and last time buying the refurbished TV. I will never buy refurbished TV ever again.
