Not worth it.
This product says it boosts energy and suppresses appetite. I'm not sure it does anything. I wish I could say I feel better when I take it or something positive like feeling fuller. I wish I could return this because I would.

No Support
The chair is very uncomfortable. There is no support and it cannot be adjusted at all. The arm rests are very low. They are about 4 inches short of being to the top of a normal height desk and therefore there is no arm support. I want to return the chair because what is advertised as adjustment does not work. But they want $59.00 to return it.

My "Go To" products
I have been using this for years. I tried other products and always come back to this. Even pricey products were not better.
