Too hard to assemble

This item would be acceptable, considering the price, if it wasn't so hard to put together. The assembly instructions are just plain wrong.

Small and lightweight

I previously owned a big, heavy, expensive treadmill. So big I had to use it in the garage. This treadmill does not use much floor space. Can use it in the house. Doesn't have a lot of extras, but I don't need them. It has a narrow belt that allows getting on and off to be easy.

Use it sitting down

I am a lazy exerciser. With this you sit in the chair and move your legs. Some times I use it standing up, but this isn't necessary. Solidly built, very sturdy. I don't think the resistance is adjustable. Not big, so is easy to move.
