  The item was posted a day late, even though it was supposed to be sent on the same day. Communication wasn’t great either, as it seemed like a bot was handling the eBay messages. Additionally, I noticed some negative reviews about postage, which made me a bit unsure about the transaction. However, the item arrived on time and in excellent condition. I just wish their customer service were better. The item itself was sold at a great price, it looks great, the box was in good condition as well.

  This should be a neutral but I may want to do business with them again. A week went by and the item still said awaiting dispatch. I made an inquiry and received an automated message. On the Monday it was marked dispatched on the Wednesday I got a refund automated messages again with no explanation, I assume they could not find the item. This is not a good service from a professional retailer.
