Brilliant Read

If you like historical novels based on true facts then this is your book. Excellently written and compellingly combines a love story in the backdrop of the rise of industrial Britain and the expansion of the Empire into India. It also brings into focus the terrible social injustice of the early 19th Century and the abject poverty that existed at the time. Can't recommend this book enough get a copy!
