They do the job!
The cleats came with screws but I needed to attach them to metal window frames so I used no No Nails. They hold the lightweight cords tidily but I would not like to trust them with anything more weighty. They met my needs well.

Excellent
I have bought this product before. The salt crystal is smooth and easy to use. I have bought other salt deodorant in other forms to find the salt too rough and it made my skin sore. I recommend this product and shall continue to purchase when needed.

Lightweight poles
I bought these poles for an aid to go rambling on gentle slopes in the English countryside. They have been proved to be very useful supporting my weight up and down the steep bits of my walking. They collapse at a flick of my finger and are light enough to carry in my backpack. I have been unable to remove the rubber at the end of the stick to try out the addition fittings and cannot find any instructions to tell whether to pull or unscrew. For the money, they appear to be a good buy.
