Solid.

Style over substance
The mouse is solid and smooth, however the majority of button cannot be mapped as normal mouse buttons, you have to map as keystrokes. The addition buttons e.g. additional left mouse button and the side pointer-stick aren't ready to use without adversely affecting your aim, it tends to cause twitch (results in many infuriating missed kill shots). Initially impressive but ultimately disappoint, maybe this is why it's cheap. Tried to use it at work but it conflicted with my Logitech wireless keyboard. Even more disappointing. You get the picture. Just don't expect that much.
