Output voltage not as specified
0 of 2 found this helpful I've purchased two of these devices and both of them have had an output of 10v DC rather than the specified 5v. The first one burned out other parts of the circuit before I located the issue. I tested the second one before using it and found the same thing: 12v DC input resulted in 10 v DC output.

An easy low cost performance upgrade
This was an easy drop-in upgrade for my aging AMD Phenom II X2 500 processor. I didn't have to make any other changes to the system at all. I swapped out the processor and the PC fired right up. Definitely noticed the speed improvement right away as well.
