Experienced player improvement
1 of 1 found this helpful Originally thought that this was for kids...Using it changed the racquet path more than I thought it would. I was surprised that grooving the stroke more precisely resulted in far more topspin and power - I am an older player (4.0+) and have begun really frustrating my regular opponents - keeping them pinned well behind the baseline with heavy balls that rarely land.out and that jump off the court. Highly recommended.
